Job Description
Individuals will be responsible for interacting with clients to build web pages and perform moderate level graphic design to complete websites from existing web template designs.

Typical Tasks

• HTML page coding (HTML, DHTML, JavaScript)
• Graphic design / image manipulation
• Flash multimedia design

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years web design experience
• Understanding of corporate-style web graphics & typography
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Dreamweaver, Homesite, or like)
• Strong oral communication skills / ability to communicate with clients and staff
• Organized and able to complete projects without large amounts of external project management
• Detail oriented, requiring minimal external quality control

Skills
Self-taught designers and those with design or marketing related degrees welcome.

Bonus Skills:

• Macromedia Flash
• Print design
• PHP, CGI, ASP or other server programming

Commission positions available for account managers with web development, project management and sales experience.

Job Description
Account managers act as the liaison between the client and the development team throughout all stages of a web development project. Responsibilities include initial client contact, sales, strategic planning, project management and quality assurance.

Typical Tasks

• Requirements gathering
• Client communications
• Sales - lead generation, proposal submissions, etc (No cold calling required).
• Project Management - Time and tasks management, Q&A

Skills
Individuals must have a well rounded background in all aspects of web related projects.

Requirements:

• Good command of English
• Strong oral and written communication skills / ability to communicate with clients and staff
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Ability to manage web related projects from inception to completion

Bonus Skills:

• Web development skills, e.g. creative design, programming, etc.
• Ad agency experience
• Understanding of web best practices
• 1 years of B2B sales experience
